Last week I realized that I’m putting too much pressure working on Research for Sales. There’s a lot going on. In between jobs, a new born at home and family a lot at home due to Covid. I start the new job in January and I want to feel fresh and energized.

An interesting thing happened yesterday. Too much information lead to self-imposed pressure. This resulted in a big headache - for me headaches are a noticeable event since up until my late 20s I don’t remember having one. Unaware the headache started to fade and after 15 min of meditation it was gone. It’s worth breaking it down.
When creating for others a creator needs to be aware and open to criticism. The creation is supposed to be experienced by others. That experience or interaction invariably generates thoughts, feelings, emotions, reactions. These can be negative.

Yesterday I launched a new project. An ebook called Research for sales.
Every morning I sit in front on my laptop, open firefox and click on Tomato[^1]. This action starts a countdown of 25 minutes. It’s a time management technique called Pomodoro.
I’m going to be more practical about the stack of the info product I’m launching.
I thought that quitting (or pausing) social media would make me insanely productive and focused. It didn’t happen. Let’s see if I can break down the reasons behind it.
